BIG CASS OPENS UP ABOUT STRUGGLES

The former Big Cass has recently opened up on his struggles with depressions and anxiety. The frank and down to earth video was produced for a DDP Yoga awareness video.

In the video, Cass opens up about his struggles with his own mental health and alcohol abuse. The message Cass tried to put over during the post was that of getting help and not bottling feelings up.

“Being depressed is one thing, having depression on a daily basis is another thing. It’s hard to tell people about it because who knows what they’re going to say, ‘You’re looking for attention. You have everything you ever wanted’, so you just keep it to yourself. You just hide it deep down which is the worst thing you can do. I didn’t seek help for years, self-medicated with alcohol.”

Cass also goes into detail about the seizure he suffered at a House of Hardcore event. Cass said that he had slept for two days prior and was really suffering at that point. Thankfully Cass also speaks about his return and the help of a kind stranger.

KEVIN OWENS INVITES FAN TO SMACKDOWN AFTER ROH INCIDENT

A few weeks ago we reported on an incident between a member of the audience at an ROH event and Bully Ray. Although the real truth of the matter may never be known, the whole situation stemmed from some of the performers and staff taking exception to what the fan was saying to the female performers. The fan claims that Bully Ray needlessly intimidated him, Bully Ray claims he was overly nice and the fan should have been removed.

Fast forward a few weeks, and it appears that Kevin Owens took pity on the audience member and offered him tickets to last night’s SmackDown.

“I’m going to spill a little secret for you guys.

This dude is too humble to toot his own horn so I’m going to do it for him…

After the ‘incident’ a couple weeks ago, I had an outpour of support from friends and strangers alike.

Nothing made me more confident knowing that when things go south, you guys have my back and I appreciated that more than anything. One of, if not THE, craziest outcome from my infamous backstage incident was a DM from Kevin Owens…

Kevin reached out to share his disappointment and frustration about what happened to me and to apologize for an incident that he wasn’t even apart of.

I was completely taken back and had to look for that blue little check mark because I for sure thought this was a fake account. I’ve never had any interaction with him, but he was reaching out of the kindness of his heart.

THAT is the measure of a man.

After some back and forth, Kevin threw out an offer to be his guest the next time he was in town.

Fast forward to tonight…and low and behold, there was some pretty good tickets set aside for not only me, but for my friends, as well.

I had more fun tonight at the show than I have in a very long time. I’m humbled and grateful by the generosity of an absolute stranger. Never stop being there for each other. Never stop taking the high road. Never stop being the better man. Thank you, @FightOwensFight”
