RACHAEL EVERS REVEALS EXTENT OF HER INJURY
Rachael Evers was recently injured during an NXT house show. The show took place on Saturday night. During a match with Lacey Lane Evers went down, after a quick assessment the referee used the dreaded ‘X’ sign, signalling a serious injury. Evers remained in the ring for some time, before being helped to the back, refusing the waiting stretcher.
Earlier today, Evers confirmed the worst, posting that not only had she torn her ACL, but it would require surgery to repair. Evers’ says that she’s booked in for the operation on Tuesday.
Ever the optimist, she says that while her surgery is on Tuesday, her recovery begins on Wednesday. While she gives no time frame for when we may expect to see her back in the ring (she hasn’t even had the operation yet!), she promises to return as quickly as possible.

MORE DETAILS ON UNDERTAKER’S NEW CONTRACT
The contract in question is the same one that prevented the Deadman from appearing at Starrcast II. According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Undertaker’s new deal is for such a long time it might as well be a life-time deal. The deal prevents Undertaker for working for any promotion other than WWE.
The deal came about as Undertaker felt his time with the company had come to an end. He had lost several high profile matches, and had “retired” to all intents and purposes, leaving his gear in the ring after losing to Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 33. With this in his mind, Taker’ fail to renew his contract with the WWE and started to advertise his services more openly. Apparently this really upset Vince when he learned of Undertaker’s Starrcast appearance. Once the top sides had calmed down, Vince apparently made the Deadman “an offer he couldn’t refuse”.
