KUSHIDA ANNOUNCED FOR 205 LIVE TONIGHT
TONIGHT on #205Live!
— 205 Live (@WWE205Live) April 3, 2020
Kushida has been announced for this evening’s episode of 205 Live. The Japanese star will be facing off against Danny Burch.
Kushida also appeared on Wednesday’s NXT episode, defeating Joaquin Wilde. From the WWE website:
Tonight on WWE 205 Live, Kushida looks to continue his recent winning streak against another Superstar enjoying a streak of his own, Danny Burch. Plus, Gentleman Jack Gallagher returns to singles action on the purple brand against Tyler Breeze.
This will be far from Kushida’s first brush with the 205 Live stars. Only three week’s ago, Kushida was drafted in last minute to replace Lio Rush in an NXT vs. 205 Live 10-man elimination tag match. NXT won the match with Kushida and Isaiah Scott standing tall when the final bell sounded.

Esquire Middle East has reported that the WWE Network has been made available across the region in celebration of WrestleMania 36.
Interestingly this includes the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Only a week previously we reported WWE confirming that the Network wasn’t available in the country and wouldn’t be until further notice. Apparently a lack of a TV was the reason for the lack of service.
AEW APPARANTLY TAPED FOR SEVERAL MONTHS
AEW tapings were taking place at QT Marshall’s Gym, Norcross, Georgia this week. State officials attended the venue with the intention checking for code violations yesterday. AEW produced the proper documents to allow the filming to continue, although the authorities apparently remained to ensure that all relevant rules were followed. This was misrepresented in some quarters as Georgia State officials trying to shut down the Dynamite tapings. AEW, and Tony Khan, in particular, didn’t want the false story circulating.
It what could have been a real threat, Georgia’s Governor issued a ‘stay-at-home’ order yesterday which came into effect today. This would have put more pressure on AEW, although it is rumoured that they have enough content to broadcast shows until mid-May. AEW’s next pay per view is Double or Nothing, currently set for May 23, so this would seemingly make sense.
