WRESTLEMANIA CARD STARTS TO TAKE SHAPE

As a result of last night’s episode of SmackDown, this year’s WrestleMania card is looking more and more complete.

With the Coronavirus pandemic throwing every aspect of life into disarray, the build to WrestleMania has been anything but ordinary. The show itself has already been taped, alongside all WWE content taking place over the next week. With the biggest show of WWE’s year additionally taking place over two nights, WWE has kept a tighter lid than normal on the matches, let alone results.

The Intercontinental Championship will be on the line as Sami Zaun faces Daniel Bryan. The match was dependant on Drew Gulak besting Shinsuke Nakamura on last night’s show.

The other match confirmed for WrestleMania will be Otis vs. Dolph Ziggler with Mandy Rose. This match came about after Otis tried to confront Dolph. Ziggler challenged Otis to a match at WrestleMania, which Otis readily accepted.

This now brings the match count to 14, please see the card as best understood:

ROMAN REIGNS HELPING RAISE AWARENESS OF BLOOD HEALTH

Roman Reigns has partnered with Media Planet USA to raise awareness and promotes a proactive approach to blood health.

Roman announced the partnership on his Instagram account, writing:

Proud to partner with @MediaplanetUSA on its recently published Blood Health campaign, which raises awareness of resources for people to maintain their blood health and take proactive steps to catch conditions early. Keep healthy and go the extra step to get those blood labs. Read the interview at futureofpersonalhealth.com or find it in USA TODAY.

In an interview with Media Planet, Reigns went into greater detail about his own battles with chronic myeloid leukaemia, or CML. He also spoke about what he does now, and the way he approaches the condition:

It’s like putting pennies in the piggy bank every day, it’s compounded interest … that’s what I have to constantly remind myself of. CML is going to be with me for the rest of my life. I’m gonna be on these medications, so I have to do something every day to make myself better and healthier. It’s just constant work.

The main message from Roman is around testing, he urges all to get tested if they aren’t sure. Generally, the earlier a condition can be caught, the better.

Go the extra step and get the blood labs. That way, you can live a long and healthy life,

WWE STAR HAS WWE VIDEO TAKEN DOWN FOR COPYRIGHT REASONS

Scott Dawson of the Revival has had a WWE match he posted taken down for copyright reasons.

With a huge number of wrestlers and wrestling fans currently on lockdown of one form or another, Scott Dawson has been trying to do his bit to break the boredom. Scott has been posting different matches from his personal collection to his YouTube channel.

The first match, The Revival vs. American Alpha at an NXT house show is still up and working issue free. However, the second time Scott tried to upload a video it was blocked on copyright grounds. What’s more, the message on the video says that the content has been blocked by WWE. The second video was The Revival vs. The Undisputed Era, again, at an NXT house show. Scott acknowledged the issue, tweeting soon after “Sorry guys. I tried.”.

The fact that The Revival want to leave the WWE is quite possibly the worst kept secret currently, but it is more likely that the video triggered the block automatically than WWE issued the claim against Scott’s video.
