Keep checking njpw1972.com and social media for new dates for the tryouts when they are confirmed.

The movie, which came out in 2018 and stars Hiroshi Tanahashi, will be uploaded to NJPW World at midnight Japan Standard Time on Saturday, April 4th with English subtitles.

“My Dad is a Heel Wrestler” tells “the tale of a former top-flight, fan-favorite wrestler trying to reclaim a bond with both the public and his son.”

It will be available in Japan until April 3rd 2021, and everywhere else on until September 3rd, 2020.

In a cryptic message posted late last night, Cody Rhodes has promised an imminent announcement.

Cody was coy regarding the nature of the announcement, other than saying that it wasn’t the much-requested video game. He did promise that fans had been “clamouring” for whatever is set to be announced on today’s ‘Road to’episode.
