MATT HARDY REPORTEDLY DONE WITH WWE

According to a new report from Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet and WWE Backstage, WWE did this angle to write Matt off TV as his contract reportedly expires on Sunday, March 1st.

Matt tweeted a goodbye message to his fans after RAW and linked them to the latest “Free The Delete” episode on YouTube, which includes a possible teaser on him being “The Exalted One” for The Dark Order in AEW.

JEFF HARDY REPORTEDLY SET FOR WWE RETURN

Reports are suggesting that Jeff Hardy could be on his way back to a WWE ring, as he’s scheduled to be at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando next week.

According to PWInsider, Hardy is set to visit the Performance Center to have his progress towards an in-ring return checked on. Jeff has been out of action with a leg injury since shortly after WrestleMania 35, where it was reported that he would be out for six to nine months.

In regards to Jeff’s WWE contract, it was also scheduled to expire on Sunday, March 1st but WWE would add extra time to the contract to make up for the time he’s been out with the injury.

Jeff is scheduled to be back in court on Monday, April 6th, the day after WrestleMania 36, for the charges related to his DWI arrest from October 3rd, 2019.

WOMEN’S TITLE MATCH SET FOR SMACKDOWN

WWE has confirmed that Carmella will get her shot at the SmackDown Women’s Championship on this Friday’s SmackDown against Bayley.

This is a change to an email sent out hyping last week’s SmackDown, where a graphic said the winner of the fatal four-way would get their title shot at Super ShowDown. This was then not followed up on via social media or that week’s SmackDown.

Carmella became the number one contender to Bayley’s title by defeating Naomi, Alexa Bliss, and Dana Brooke in a fatal four-way match. This Friday’s SmackDown is taking place at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Though the endlessly charismatic Truth is perhaps best known for providing some of the most riotously funny laugh-out-loud moments in WWE history, his path to Superstardom, as detailed in WWE 24, reveals the story of a man who had to overcome severe hardships to get where he is today.

From humble beginnings and a stint behind bars, to discovering his passion for music and sports-entertainment and realizing his ability to inspire others, Truth’s life story — the good and the bad, the ugly and the beautiful — is laid out for the WWE Universe to see.

Watch it all when WWE 24: R-Truth premieres Thursday, Feb. 27, only on the award-winning WWE Network.

MVP TO POSSIBLY BECOME WWE PRODUCER

According to PWInsider, MVP will likely end up with a new behind-the-scenes role with WWE soon.

Reports are suggesting that the word going around WWE over the past few weeks is that MVP may be hired to work as a Producer for the company. Last night’s WWE RAW from Ontario, CA saw the former WWE United States Champion bring back The VIP Lounge to WWE TV, where he recieved a Claymore from Drew McIntyre.

After leaving WWE in December 2010, MVP returned to WWE in the 30-Man Royal Rumble main event last month. He indicated on his social media that his WWE in-ring career is over, following a loss on the RAW after Royal Rumble to Rey Mysterio.
