HUGE SUMMER SHOW ANNOUNCED

Four of independent wrestling’s biggest promotions have announced a huge joint show taking place this summer. CMLL, NJPW, NWA, and ROH will come together to stage ‘Summer Supercard’. The event is set to take place on the 9th of August and will be hosted by the Mattamy Athletic Centre in Toronto, Canada. So far no talent has been confirmed for the event.

GEORGE MIZANIN MAKES INDY APPEARANCE

George Mizanin, the father of WWE Superstar and 8-time Intercontinental champion, the Miz, made an appearance at last night’s Absolute Intense Wrestling event. During the ‘Keep Their Heads Ringin” show, Mizanin helped Hornswoggle fend off a beatdown.

ADAM PAGE SHOWS UP AT WRESTLE GATE PRO

In a move that has left many wrestling fans asking what the date is, those in attendance at this evening Wrestle Gate Pro event are being treated to Adam Hangman Page Vs PAC as their main event. The event is taking place in Nottingham. Page and PAC are also booked for May 25th’s Double or Nothing, AEW’s debut show.

FLASH MORGAN POSSIBLY INJURED

At Attack Pro Wrestling’s ‘Dirt On My Boots’, Flash Morgan Webster seemingly suffered a separated shoulder. During his match against Chief Deputy Dunne, he pulled up mid-match clutching his arm, and the contest ground to a halt. The Kabal then interfered causing a DQ, But Flash was helped to the back by Kid Lykos.

ALEXA BLISS ASSURES FANS THAT SHE’S OK

Taking to her Twitter feed, the former RAW and SmackDown Women’s Champion reassured fans regarding her career. There had been lots of negative speculation after Bliss was replaced with Nikki Cross for this year’s Money in the Bank ladder match. Bliss was replying to Ringside News who were explicitly calling her WWE career into question.

KAYLA BRAXTON COMMENTS ON POSSIBLE ABDUCTION

WWE’s backstage interviewer Kayla Braxton was confronted with an unwelcome situation when flying into an unnamed airport. Kayla reports that an unknown man was posing as her driver and tried to convince her to get into his car. Posting to her Twitter Braxton wrote:

“Ladies be careful at the airports when picking up Uber or Lyft. There’s people tricking woman into thinking they’re their ride and abducting them. A guy just tried it with me and I knew immediately what he was up to. Be aware and take all necessary precautions. It’s a scary world”
