AAW United We Stand predictions

Hello everyone, I’m back again with predictions to AAW United We Stand. Every piece of gold is on the line, except infamy’s teeth with they probably stole like they stole the tag belts from SGC. Yeah, I’m still bitter about that. But let’s take a look at my predictions for United We Stand, in this short article. All photos and videos in this article are copyright http://www.aawpro.com

AAW United We Stand is coming up fast.  In just under two weeks, 115 Bourbon Street will explode, not just with leftover fireworks but also with AAW United We Stand.  With a stacked card, here are my predictions for United We Stand:

I Quit match with Hyan vs Skye Blue (W):

Skye is a fantastic wrestler.  She’s fast on her feet and has proven time and time again that she is the Alpha female in AAW.  Sure there’s Kris Statlander, the current champion, but Skye is from Chicago, and the hometown advantage I think will play in her favor.  At Crush and Destroy I saw Hyan in a match, and she’s very good.  Hyan could win, but I think Skye has it.  Their rivalry has erupted recently, and Skye has remained calm, cool, and collected, while Hyan has proven she has a bit of a temper.  I look for that to cost her the match, and Skye to pick up the win.

Manders (W) vs Steele

After Manders and his partner got outright robbed at Crush and Destroy, Manders is seeking redemption against one of the three that screwed them out of the belts.  No words need to be said here, Manders is gonna whoop Steele’s ass up and down the arena, into the parking lot, all the way downtown, and pin him at the top of the Sears Tower (No I won’t call it by the other name).  Alright so no Roddy PIper vs Goldust chase here, but Manders is going to win this, no doubt in my mind, as long as Infamy keeps their filthy hands out of it.

AAW Heritage Championship Myron Reed (c) vs Hakim Zane (W)

The last time I saw Reed and Zane was in a six-man tag team match.  While I don’t know much about them aside from Crush and Destroy and Alive, they’re both extremely talented athletes.    Hakim came to the scene later than most and exploded onto it.  With an X-Division title under his belt, no pun intended, Hakim has an advantage.  However, Reed is no stranger to titles either.  The current Heritage Champion in AAW, as well as an MLW title to his name, Reed proved he was no one to mess with.  This is going to be a hell of a match either way, and I’m going to say this will be the match of the night right here.  These two very talented men are going to blow the roof off 115 Bourbon Street, but I’m calling a title change here.  Zane deserves the victory.  New champion, Hakim Zane.

AAW Tag Team Championship match, Infamy (C)(W) vs Ace Austin/Madman Fulton

Alright, I’m just gonna say it. The champs do not deserve the belt.  They screwed over SGC and do NOT deserve those titles.  Infamy, now three members strong thanks to the utter screw job they pulled at Crush and Destroy, have the man advantage.  But Ace Austin and Madman are not going to go down easily.  Fulton, standing at a whopping 6’8, has numerous accolades to his name, including a stint with WWE and sAnItY.  He moves like a man half his size, and with Ace Austin, the two make an unstoppable team.  Sadly in the end, the wannabe trio of Infamy will likely have the numbers game, and I see them coming out on top, retaining the gold they stole.  SGC should have still been champions.  I really hope this prediction is wrong.

AAW Women’s Championship Match, Kris Statlander (c) vs Allysin Kay. (W)

Kris Statlander won the title back on December 28th, 2019.  She carried the belt throughout the year we all want to forget happened, and is months away from a two year reign.  While Kris is a fantastic wrestler, and is signed to AEW, even aliens can lose sometimes.  Allysin Kay has kicked, scratched and clawed her way up.  During her match with Allie Katch, she proved to not only be entertaining in the ring, but a hell of a wrestler as well.  Despite being essentially a 3v1 match, Allysin gave it her all in the match.  If she brings that game vs Kris?  It’s going to be game over, and Kris will have to get in the rocketship the Warrior left, and head back into Parts Unknown.  Kay has an intense passion that can’t be ignored, and she DESERVES this belt.  I’m calling for a new champ here, look for Allysin Kay to take the W and the C.

AAW Heavyweight Championship Match

STEEL CAGE

Mance Warner vs Fred Yehi

Folks if you don’t know the history between these two, I recommend catching up.  Their last match was a bloodbath, and Yehi had a chance to win this, but instead showboated and lost to Mance.  AAW debuted a short film after Alive last week all about their feud, and if you didn’t see it, man was it fantastic.  All about the build up to this feud, this short film was one of the best recaps I’ve ever seen production wise.  But don’t take my word for it.  Take a listen for yourself, you won’t regret it.

This is what it’s all about

This is AAW

This is family

If you’re not down with that, I got two words for you.

Watch.  This.
