AEW Dynamite Results – February 26, 2020

Paige Brearley runs down the results from tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite.

It’s the go-home show to Revolution, as Kenny Omega takes on PAC in an Iron Man Match. Chris Jericho & Jon Moxley go face to face one last time before their AEW Championship Match.

AEW World Tag Team Champion Kenny Omega def. PAC in AEW’s first-ever 30-Minute Iron Man Match with a 2 to 1 victory. The Young Bucks celebrate with an exhausted Omega as the announcers put over The Elite member for his incredible performance, and for winning the rubber match against PAC.

Following the match PAC is interviewed by Tony Schiavone but then attacks Orange Cassidy when Cassidy appears on the stage.

Jurassic Express def. Sammy Guevara, Santana, and Ortiz in a Six-Man Tag Team Match. After the match, Allin enters the ring with Jurassic Express and throws Guevara out of the ring. The Inner Circle trio stares down the foursome in the ring.

Best Friends def. The Butcher & The Blade. Tony Schiavone gets in the ring to interview The Best Friends after their victory. Before he talks to them, however, he announces that Orange Cassidy will be competing against “The Bastard” PAC in a one-on-one match at AEW Revolution.

Schiavone talks to Trent and Chuck, who tell PAC the joke is on him because this time, Orange Cassidy is going to actually “try” when the two meet in the middle of the ring at this weekend’s PPV event.

Hikaru Shida def. Big Swole, Shanna, and Yuma Sakazaki in a Fatal 4 Way Match. Shida earns herself a future shot against the winner of the Kris Statlander vs. Nyla Rose match at AEW Revolution for the AEW Women’s World Championship.

The Dark Order Promo. “The Exalted One” has a message for Christopher Daniels. He will find out that he will soon be “obsolete.”

Jim Ross, The Young Bucks, and AEW World Tag Team Champions Kenny Omega & “Hangman” Adam Page. Young Bucks outright say they are better and they are taking those titles this weekend as planned. Omega stutters while Page gets annoyed and when his beer runs out, decides to walk out on the interview.

Gary Michael Capetta an old WCW/NWA ring announcer is introduced. The weigh-in between AEW World Champion Chris Jericho and Jon Moxley ends in a brawl that also features Dustin Rhodes and Darby Allin. Jericho is busted open by Moxley, before Moxley is then hit with the Judas Effect and a DDT onto the scale.
