AEW Fight For The Fallen Results

Richard Hughes runs down the results from tonight’s AEW Fight For The Fallen.

All Elite Wrestling’s final stop before All Out sees them give back as they host a show to benefit victims of gun crime.

  • Peter Avalon tried cutting a pre-match promo, but Kiss’ entrance cut it off.
  • Sonny Kiss defeated Peter Avalon (with Leva Bates) via pinfall.
  • Cody and Dustin Rhodes cut a promo. Cody talks about raising money for victims of gun violence, Cody wasn’t sure if you could control the pace of the Young Bucks, but what happens when the Rhodes’ grab a body part? They close by saying The Young Bucks may be new-school, but they are old school.
  • Shoko Nakajima & Bea Priestley defeated Dr. Britt Baker & Riho via pinfall.
  • Kip Sabian was then interviewed backstage. Kip said he’s not here just to sit around and be happy, collect a cheque and fill a spot, but he’s here to prove a point. Sabian looked directly at the camera, saying he has no animosity towards Adam Page. However, he has an issue that Page seemingly gets preferential treatment by being a member of The Elite. Sabian said he hopes Page beats Jericho at All Out because that means he’ll be first in line after he beats Page tonight.
  • MJF, Sammy Guevara & “The Chairman” Shawn Spears defeated Jimmy Havoc, Darby Allin & Joey Janela via pinfall.
  • Just as the Allie/Brandi match was about to begin. Awesome Kong appeared to be in the corner of Brandi.
  • Brandi Rhodes (with Awesome Kong) pinned Allie via pinfall.
  • Post-match, Brandi and Kong beat down Allie until Aja Kong made the save. Awesome Kong and Aja Kong had a staredown before referees broke it up.
  • The Dark Order (Evil Uno & Stu Grayson) defeated Jack Evans & Angelico and Luchasaurus & Jungle Boy (with Marko Stunt) via pinfall to earn a spot in the AEW Tag Team Title Tournament first-round bye qualifier at All Out.
  • Hangman Page pinned Kip Sabian via pinfall.
  • Post-match, seemingly one of Dark Order’s minions appeared and attacked Page. One codebreaker later, he unmasked to reveal it was Chris Jericho. He then took Page out with The Judas Effect.
  • Lucha Brothers (Pentagon Jr & Rey Fenix) defeated S.C.U (Frankie Kazarian & Scorpio Sky with Christopher Daniels) via pinfall.
  • Post-match, Lucha Brothers laid out Christopher Daniels with a ladder they got from under the ring. Pentagon and Fenix challenged the Young Bucks to a Ladder Match for the AAA Tag Team Titles at All Out.
  • Kenny Omega defeated CIMA via pinfall.
  • Chris Jericho then came out for his ‘open mic’ segment. He said he still has Hangman’s blood on his hands and he has waited for weeks for a thank you from AEW, all while ragging on the fans. He said Hangman Page is one of the best in the world and when he beats him it will be another notch on his belt. But if he loses, not only is it the beginning of the end of AEW, but the beginning of the end of his career, and that’s why he attacked him. He followed up by saying that he’s going to prove that without him AEW wouldn’t exist and he is going to prove that Hangman is a little bitch.
  • Hangman Page came back out following this and laid out Jericho, only for referees, security and some wrestlers to break it up.
  • The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) defeated The Brotherhood (Cody & Dustin Rhodes) via pinfall.
  • Post-match, Matt Jackson took the mic and said that everything they said the last few weeks just about competition. He noted he spent years listening to people talking about the myth of the Rhodes family but they are the best tag team they’ve ever faced.
  • The AEW roster and Jacksonville Jaguars Shahid Khan presented a check for $150,000 to the Victim Assistance Advisory Council. Cody asked the crowd to follow them to TNT in autumn and Kenny Omega thanked the crowd and said goodbye.
