AEW FILMING FROM UNDISCLOSED LOCATION
AEW has changed their Dynamite and Dark taping schedule, moving them out of Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida to an undisclosed location due to Coronavirus pandemic.
It has been reported by F4WOnline that they will be taping matches throughout Tuesday and Wednesday for this week’s Dynamite and Dark as well as future shows.
The location is believed to be in the Southeast, but the company is attempting to keep the new location private because they don’t want fans showing up and waiting in the parking lot and/or looking for autographs.
The city of Jacksonville has set up the parking lot near AEW recent arena for taping, Daily’s Place as a major coronavirus testing centre and an edict has closed down all hotels except for essential personnel.
AEW ANNOUNCES TNT CHAMPIONSHIP
All Elite Wrestling has announced an eight-man single-elimination tournament to crown their inaugural TNT Champion.
In a press release; They announce that half of the participants will be announced on tonight’s episode of Dark with the rest named on Wednesday’s Dynamite. The final is set to conclude at Double Or Nothing on 23rd May.
AEW President Tony Khan spoke about the title, saying;
“I’m glad we’re now able to announce the TNT CHAMPIONSHIP. It’s only fitting that the champion and the title belt will carry the logo of the globally-respected TNT brand, and that they’ll represent not only AEW but also the great quality programming, massive reach, and storied history in the wrestling business that are all associated with TNT.”

WWE ANNOUNCES EXPANDED INDIA DEAL
WWE and Sony Pictures Network India have announced an extension to their deal.
In a statement, they have announced that this is “a five-year extension with an expanded broadcast agreement that will deliver WWE’s weekly flagship programming and localized content in India and the Indian subcontinent, making SPN the exclusive home to WWE in-ring content across its television and digital platforms.”
This includes SPN having the rights to air Raw, SmackDown, NXT, and WWE pay-per-views live on its sports and digital platforms in English, Hindi and other regional languages.
The extended partnership also provides SPN the rights to WWE Network which hosts thousands of hours of content to be made available to audiences in India exclusively through SonyLIV, SPN’s OTT platform. This means SPN will curate content from WWE’s extensive video library which includes live events, iconic matches, interviews with Legends, reality shows, documentaries and more on its own platforms.
WWE NOMINATED FOR STREAMY AWARDS
WWE has been nominated for eight Shorty Awards, including six Overall Presence awards.
They’ve been honoured for their work on Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube twice (WWE and UpUpDownDown), Reddit and Giphy.

MLW ANNOUNCE INTERNATIONAL DEALS
Major League Wrestling has announced that they entered into a new partnership to broadcast MLW’s flagship show Fusion, throughout several countries in the Middle East and North Africa.
The show will begin airing this spring via the Wataaa Fight Channel, which also airs boxing and MMA.
MLW CEO Court Bauer spoke on the deal, saying;
“Now more than ever there is a demand for sports content and MLW’s distinct combat sport-centred programming is a perfect fit for Wataaa. MLW’s global reach continues to grow with this deal putting us in more than 20 countries. We’re very excited about introducing the league to more fights fans around the world.”
MLW also recently announced that Fusion will begin airing in Poland this spring.
They are set to air on Fight Klub Poland, a TV channel that is dedicated entirely to martial arts.
NJPW CANCEL MORE EVENTS
New Japan Pro Wrestling have announced five more Road to Dontaku events have been cancelled through April 18th due to the coronavirus outbreak.
For shows after April 18, NJPW said it will continue to monitor the developing situation. In addition, the company is planning on opening a global store so international fans have easier access to merchandise. The store is expected to open on April 10th.
