With news on a missing AEW Title, Stone Cold Steve Austin and law troubles for an former TNA star; Matt Booker brings you the Wrestling News Update.

STONE COLD ANNOUNCED FOR NEXT WEEKS RAW

WWE has announced that Steve Austin will be moderating Braun Strowman and Seth Rollins’ title match contract signing on next week’s episode of RAW. RAW will be hosted by the historic Madison Square Garden, seen by many as the spiritual home of WWE.

The announcement came from Stone Cold himself. Originally the contract signing was sposed to take place this week, but Styles, Gallows and Anderson interrupted proceedings. Although Seth and Braun won the ensuing match after the bell, Styles, Ziggler and Roode joined Gallows and Anderson in beating down Braun and Seth.

Austin, seemingly frustrated, has taken matters into his own hands, posting that he will oversee the contract signing next week “and that’s the bottom line cause [he] said so.”

THE FIEND CHALLENGES FOR UNIVERSAL TITLE MATCH AT HELL IN A CELL

During last night’s ‘Firefly Funhouse’ episode, Bray Wyatt issued a challenge for the Universal title.

The Fiend wants to face the winner of Braun and Seth at Hell in a Cell.

The announcement was spoilt slightly, the arena that will be hosting the pay per view has been advertising the match for a week now.

TRIPLE THREAT SEMI-FINAL SET FOR KING OF THE RING

WWE has announced that next week’s semi-final match will be a triple threat.

On this week’s episode, the quarter-final match between Samoa Joe and Ricochet ended in a draw. At the end of the match, Joe locking in the Coquina Clutch on the top rope. Ricochet then forced both wrestlers to tumble to the mat, where they both lay with shoulders down and there arms over each other. The ref counted 1,2,3, and it was later announced that both men would progress.

They meet Baron Corbin in the semi-final, would beat Cedric alexander on last night’s RAW.

SmackDown’s quarter-final matches take place tonight. Elias will take on Ali, and Chad Gable will face off against Andrade.

AEW ANNOUNCE TICKET DETAILS FOR FULL GEAR

AEW announced today ticket details for Friday’s Full Gear ticket sale.

AEW’s next pay per view will take place at the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, Maryland. The date of the show is November 9th, meaning that this will be the first pay per view to take place after the company starts their TV show. This is billed at the company’s third pay per view event after ‘Double or Nothing’ and last weekend’s ‘All Out’.

Ticket prices range from $300 to $30. AEW did note that the highest-priced tickets were for the first three rows of “select floor ringside sections”. These seats will also include “an AEW designed commemorative collector’s item take home chair”.

FORMER TNA KNOCKOUT LISTED AS MOST WANTED

Rhaka Khan, former TNA Knockout, has been listed as a ‘most wanted fugitive’ in the state of El Paso.

Crime Stoppers of El Paso has stated that Khan has been charged with interference with child custody. It listed her as a most wanted person for the week beginning on the 25th of August.

Crime Stoppers has asked that anyone with information contact them on 915-566-8477, there is the promise of anonymity and the possibility of a cash reward if the information provided leads to the capture and arrest of Khan.

LOW KI CONFIRMED FOR MLW WAR CHAMBER

MLW has announced that Low Ki will be taking part in the War Chamber match at this Saturday’s television tapings.

Low will be teaming with Tom Lawlor, Ross Von Erich, and Marshall Von Erich as they take on Contra Unit: Jacob Fatu, Josef Samael, Simon Gotch, and Ikuro Kwon.

The War Chamber match has similar rules to a War Games match, namely, it can be won by pinfall or submission only once everyone has entered.

The card for this Saturday’s event:
