During last night’s episode of SmackDown WWE announced that the Four Horsewomen tag match from the September 9th edition of RAW.
The match will see RAW Women’s Champions, Becky Lynch team with Charlotte Flair to take on SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley and Sasha Banks.

Hey @itsBayleyWWE, they put you behind Sasha on your own show, even though you’re “the champion.” Guess you don’t mind being overshadowed like that? More loyalty than pride it seems.

2K ANNOUNCE THE RETURN OF ONLINE LOBBY MODE FOR UPCOMING WWE 2K20
Earlier today 2K release a statement detailing some welcome returns and some interesting new features that playing can look forward too. The game is set to be released on the 22nd of October.
See the full press release below:
The highly requested online lobby system is back in WWE 2K20. Lobbies will streamline the process of pairing up players and getting them into a match as quickly as possible. We’re also excited to talk about new developments in MyPLAYER, Road to Glory, and MyPLAYER Towers.
CREATE A LOBBY.
If you have an exact online multiplayer match in mind, creating a lobby is the way to go. Select from a wide variety of match types and rules with up to six players. Choose the arena, Superstar gender, and even toggle the restriction to only allow default WWE Superstars (a.k.a. Fair Play). You can start out in private mode to invite friends and then open the remaining slots to the general public if you prefer. Once in a lobby together, everyone can voice chat as they select Superstars and the lobby creator makes decisions on the match at hand. Players will now have full visibility on how the match is coming together.
GET IN QUICKLY
If you’re less picky about what kind of match you want to play, you can browse currently available lobbies that only need one or two more participants and jump right in. Or use the search feature to filter by preference. Even easier, select Quick Play to be slotted into ready-to-go matches automatically.
As previously announced, both male and female MyPLAYERS are part of MyCAREER. This extends to Road to Glory and MyPLAYER Towers as well. You create both male and female MyPLAYERs with different styles (one can be a brawler and the other a high-flier, for example), experience pools, progression trees, and creation part unlocks. This consistent pair can level up and unlock items throughout all three of these modes.
For the first time ever, any special creation parts you unlock through playing MyCAREER, Road to Glory, and MyPLAYER Towers are also available in the general Create-a-Superstar mode. On top of that, you can export the appearance of your MyPLAYER out to the general character creations as well!
Road to Glory and MyPLAYER Tower fans will be familiar with the process of earning stars to enter special pay-per-view events. These Road to Glory events now include female matches for the first time, in addition to male matches.
DAILY REFRESHED MATCH CHALLENGES
The new Tonight’s Match feature in Multiplayer places you in a new match every day that rotates through match types, rules, genders, and arenas to make it simple to constantly try something new.
The Road to Glory Featured Match of the day is similar to Tonight’s Match, but also includes potential Triple Threat, Fatal 4-Way, and 6-Man (or woman) matches. These will regularly toggle back and forth between male and female matches so both of your MyPLAYERs will get regular rotation.
Tonight’s Match, Road to Glory Featured Matches, and daily MyPLAYER Tower challenges (single player) will all incorporate elements from the new WWE 2K20 2K Originals post-launch downloadable content*, whether you’ve purchased them or not. For example, once the first package, WWE 2K20 Originals: Bump in the Night, releases, you may see matches taking place in the Wyatt Swamp Arena or Cemetery Brawl Arena. Or you might face FrankenStrowman one day in a MyPLAYER Tower daily challenge. You never know what kind of 2K Originals content might show up any given day for all players with online multiplayer access to enjoy.

SOUTHSIDE WRESTLING ANNOUNCE ALL WWE TALENT PULL FROM UPCOMING SHOW
We are truly broken hearted 🙁 pic.twitter.com/Em7UMoYmhS
— Southside Wrestling (@SouthsideWE) September 25, 2019
Southside Wrestling has sadly released a statement earlier today detailing issues they are having with WWE contracted wrestlers. The show concerned is the 26th of October’s 9AS.
WWE PULL TALENT FROM 9AS
It is with much sadness to announce that WWE have pulled all announced and unannounced talent from our final show.
We asked permission in advance and accepted all conditions . We have spent a small fortune on posters / flyers / banners for the show which are now unusable.
Ligero and Joseph Conners are possibly the two biggest stars in our 9 year history and Kay Lee Ray built the women’s division on her back. With out any of the 3 of them Southside would never have gotton so big with all 3 regulary giving world class matches to the fans.
It also means Brady Philips misses out on a personnal dream match with Dragonov and that former tag champion Xia Brookside and Southside regular Saxon Huxley will also not be able to compete.
Although this is business we have personally taken this badly. 9AS was our goodbye and we wanted to say it with the stars who made us what we are , our previous champions and most importantly our close friends.
Sorry guys , we hate this.
The backlash created by the announcement has been focused entirely on WWE.
The 26th of October show was due to be the company’s last, with RevPro announcing two days earlier, that they would be taking over Southside Wrestling as of the 28th of October. Poetically, the night was also billed as the company’s birthday show (9AS standing for 9th Anniversary Show).
