NOELLE FOLEY DEALING WITH CONCUSSION SYMPTOMS FOR FIVE MONTHS

Noelle’s boyfriend, Frank The Clown, posted an update on her health recently on Twitter. Unfortunetly, the news isn’t good.

Frank reports that Noelle has been dealing with the symptoms of concussion for the last five months, Frank adds that her condition isn’t improving. Apparently, Noelle is suffering with headaches, while no further details are given it is made clear that the injury is havign a significant affect on her quality of life.

In a follow up post, Frank and Noelle thanked their fans for the support they had recieved in responce to the original posts.

NJPW ANNOUNCES MEMBERS OF SUZUKI-GUN FOR LIONS BREAK 3

Zack Sabre Jr. and El Desperado have both been announced for the upcoming Lion’s Break Project 3.

Lion’s Break is NJPW’s developmental branch, used to showcase established NJPW stars alongside up and comers. This time the event will be held in Tampa Florida, during WrestleCon on April 2nd.

So far, the confirmed stars for the event are:

  • Hiroshi Tanahashi
  • Ren Narita
  • Karl Fredericks
  • Clark Connors
  • Alex Coughlin
  • Zack Sabre Jr.
  • El Desperado

RICH SWANN UNDERGOES ANKLE SURGERY

Earlier today Rich Swann was schedualed to have surgery on his injured ankle.

Impact tweeted the star this morning, wishing him the best of luck before he went in. Swann suffered the injury at the start of the month. Competing at Impact Bash at the Brewery 2, Rich took part in a eight person tag match. Teaming with Brian Cage, Tessa Blanchard, and Willie Mack, they unfortunetly lost to OVE: Dave Crist, Jake Crist, Madman Fulton, and Sami Callihan. It was reported that Swann had badly sprained his ankle at the event, Impact went as far as to call it harrowing. Swann was forced to miss Impact Hard to Kill as a result. The exact nature of the injury has never been disclosed.

IMPACT ANNOUNCE PAY PER VIEW FOR APRIL

Impact Wrestling has announced that the Rebellion pay per view would be returning later this year.

This will be the second time the show has run. Last year’s event was seen as a big success, gaining wide spread praise. This year’s show will take place on the 19th of April, and will be held at Terminal 5, New York city.

MLW ADD TO FIGHTLAND CARD

MLW announced today that Séptimo Dragon will take on Douglas James at February 1st’s Fightland event.

The contest is set to impact MLW’s middleweight division, with the promotion promising special attention for the match, see the quote from the MLW press release:

The middleweight division heats up as Séptimo Dragon takes on MMA/kickboxer turned pro wrestling Douglas James in a bout with championship implications.

A middleweight challengers bout, matchmakers will be watching both men’s performance as future contenders for the middleweight title come into focus at FIGHTLAND.

AEW LOSES PAY PER VIEW BROADCAST PARTNER IN THE UK

Announced today, IVT Bo Office, the only like boradcast option for AEW pay per views, unexpectidly ceased operation today.

The ITV Box Office service has ceased as of 24th January 2020. There are no further plans to show any future events on this channel.

The announcement came out of the blue, and has taken many buy surprise. This now means that Fite.tv is the only legal options for UK fans to watch the action.

BRIAN CAGE ANNOUNCES BICEP SURGERY AND CLARIFIES CONTRACT STATUS

Brian Cage hasn’t had the best of luck recently, earlier this month he was considered one of the hottest properties in wrestling, with reports surfacing of him signing with multiple promotions coming out almost daily.

Brian posted a video earlier today to his instgram account. In the video he explains that as a result of a recent bicep tear, he requires surgery to repair it. While it is never clear, he said a normal recovery time for this kind of injury is anything up to 6 months. Brian, pointing out that he is a machine, says that he’s confident he can beat that time frame.

Cage also details his resent contract issues. He makes it very clear that he isn’t currently signed to any organisation, blaming the timing of the injury. He did stress that he was in talks with a number of promotions previously, and hopes that the intrest remains when he returns.
