NEWS ON MARTY SCURLL’S STATUS

According to the latest edition of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Marty Scurll is indeed a free agent. This is in spite of the fact that he has appeared for both NWA and ROH this week.

Scurll is one of several ROH stars whose contracts were expiring and while it’s not clear what the status is for any of those talents, it appears as if Scurll will be working for both ROH and NWA for the near future.

Two interesting notes from this is that Scurll owns the rights to Villain Enterprises and Scurll is also booked for another date that’s not for either NWA or ROH, however that spot is being kept quiet. Many are speculating whether this could be a shock return to PROGRESS Wrestling for their ‘Unboxing’ show next Monday.
