NWA Powerrr Results – November 12th, 2019

The NWA World Tag Team Titles on the line, can Outlaw Inc finally capture the belts that have alluded them for so long?

We open with a recap of last week, when the Rock and Roll Express fought off The Wildcards in the main event.

Joe Galli and Jim Cornette run down the goings-on in tonight’s episode.

Dave Marquez interviews the Rock and Roll Express. They talk about Eddie Kingston and Homicide and their tag team title match. Kingston and Homicide talk about their title match tonight.

Trevor Murdoch defeated Kaleb Conley via pinfall

A clash of styles between these two saw Kaleb Conley outwrestle Murdoch early on, until he was caught with a big spinebuster. These two went back and forth in a thrilling opening contest until Konley a big springboard moonsault caught nothing but knees. A full nelson slam and a top rope bulldog later, Trevor Murdoch was victorious. A really good match.

Joe Galli interviews Aron Stevens, who says he is leaving wrestling once again due to the ‘miscarriage of justice’ from last week.

We see a recap of the melee between Marti Belle, Thunder Rosa and Allysin Kay.

Thunder Rosa and Marti Belle defeated Crystal Rose and Brooklyn Creed via pinfall

This was another classic NWA showcase match, putting over the new heel tandem of Rosa and Belle. Thunder Rosa and Marti Belle dominated, winning with a double stomp to the back.

Dave Marquez interviews Marti Belle and Thunder Rosa about their new alliance. Belle says she knows where her future lies. Thunder Rosa talks in Spanish and Marti Belle translates, saying she is coming for the NWA Women’s Champion Kay.

We get a vignette for The Question Mark, who is coming up later tonight.

We see a backstage promo where James Storm, who says he is coming after Nick Aldis and the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship.

Dave Marquez talks to the NWA National Champion Colt Cabana. Colt Cabana celebrates his title win and talks about being a fighting champion. Ricky Starks interrupts and implys he is interested in the National Championship.

The Question Mark defeated Dan Parker

This was bizarre in the best possible way. Question Mark is a glorious throwback to the mysterious monster wrestlers of the 80s. Mark wins with a big dropkick and a palm strike. I want to see more of him, he looks like he’s going to be a huge cult favourite.

We get a video package of Thunder Rosa’s debut MMA fight.

Eli Drake interupts proceedings and talks about Kamille. He says Nick Aldis is worried on what Kamille might say that Eli Drake is the only man to take the ‘ten pounds of gold’ from him. The Wildcards interrupt and Thomas Latimer who says to keep out of his business. Eli Drake isn’t sure what he means, but Ken Anderson joins him. He offers himself up as assistance to Drake.

We get a recap of last week when Nick Aldis talking to Tim Storm about not associating with Eli Drake.

Joe Galli interviews NWA World’s Heavyweight Champion Nick Aldis. Nick Aldis talks about earning championship shots and says he will make sure that there will be no shenanigans in the main event tonight by sitting at ringside.

NWA World Tag Team Titles: Champions The Wildcards (Thomas Latimer & Royce Issacs) defeated Outlaw Inc (Homicide & Eddie Kingston) via pinfall

The brawl was on from the beginning as Homicide and Kingston took the early control. The two teams went back and forth until Latimer and Isaacs isolated Eddie Kingston, working on his knee. Homicide tried to get himself involved, but he was sent packing as Wildcards see off Kingston with a powerbomb into the ‘Hush Money’ german suplex for the win.

Post-match, Kamille comes out and seemingly gestures to The Wildcards as the entire roster spills out to close.
