WWE’s third brand is moving to prime-time TV – directly up against All Elite Wrestling.
WWE have confirmed that NXT will be going two hours and moving to the USA Network, debuting on September 18th. This was confirmed on WWE’s social media platforms.
Wrestling Observer reported a massive announcement that was set to be made on RAW, but nothing was announced until today.
This will mean that WWE will get a jump AEW, which debuts with its October 2nd show from the Capital One Arena in Washington, DC.
The show will remain at Full Sail University. NXT will be airing on 8-10 p.m. Eastern time on USA on Wednesdays, head-to-head with AEW on TNT.
