UNDERTAKER REVEALED FOR 2019 HOF?
WWE may have leaked the first name for the Hall of Fame class of 2019. In an advert for the upload of WWF Superstars (WWE’s flagship program before RAW) to the network, WWE listed The Undertaker as a Hall of Famer. Stating:
“Witness WWE Hall of Famers The Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, Ric Flair and more!”
While this, of course, may just be a typo, WWE is known to be fastidious regarding their use of language. It is very apparent that the other two listed (namely Shawn Michaels and Ric Flair), are both already in the Hall of Fame. Of course, The Undertaker is guaranteed a place in the hall when he chooses to retire from active competition, the only question is when will ‘The Deadman’ choose to make that decision.

WWE LEGEND TO CLEARED TO RETURN
No, I am not retired & not going to be retiring anytime soon. I’ve worked my ass off to rehabilitate & have physically been greenlit. My body is in the best shape it’s been in in years & I’m the lightest I’ve been in 20 years. https://t.co/XE1GzBP58A

Matt Hardy has Tweeted that he has been “greenlit” to compete going forward. Responding to a fan asking him if he’d actually retired, Matt confirmed what many wrestling fans had been hoping to hear:
“No, I am not retired & not going to be retiring anytime soon. I’ve worked my ass off to rehabilitate & have physically been greenlit. My body is in the best shape it’s been in in years & I’m the lightest I’ve been in 20 years.”
Matt has been posting increasingly cryptic messages on Twitter recently, infuriating the community, today’s message was wonderfully succinct. With his message timed as it has been, some have linked his name with the rumble this coming Sunday.
POSSIBLE REASONS THE REVIVAL WANTS OUT
Pro Wrestling Sheet has suggested one of the possible reasons the revival may have for wishing to leave the WWE. The Revival has been subject to some speculation ever since a back and forth between themselves and The Young Bucks on Twitter back in December last year. Since then The Young Bucks have launched AEW with the other members of The Elite, and The Revival performed on RAW wearing #FTR on their shorts. It’s fair to say that both teams had made their wishes clearly known without saying as much.
As was reported last week, The Revival apparently took it a step further and made their wishes explicitly known, by asking for their release after their match on RAW.
It’s been reported that they are under contract until April 2020, and with the current state of the wrestling world, WWE is very unlikely to allow them to leave for a rival promotion if they can help it.
Pro Wrestling Sheet has claimed that it was more than just the terrible booking of The Revival that has led them to ask for their early release. They say it was about the treatment of the whole tag division. A source has said that the fact that the current tag champs weren’t on last week’s RAW made Dash and Dawson’s minds up. Whatever the reason, many have shared their concerns regarding the state of the tag division for some time and it has shown no signs of improving.
