Matty Deller runs down the results from tonight’s episode of 205 Live.

Team 205 Live and Team NXT settle the score at the WWE Performance Center

Team NXT revealed Kushida as the revealed to be the replacement for Lio Rush, who was taken out by Jack Gallagher

Team NXT (Isaiah “Swerve” Scott, Tyler Breeze, Danny Burch, Oney Lorcan & Kushida) defeated Team 205 Live (Ariya Daivari, Brian Kendrick, Tony Nese, Mike Kanellis & Jack Gallagher)

Kushida opened with Tony Nese, and the two chain wrestled to open. Team NXT had the advantage early on, forcing Nese and Kanellis to outside. The Singh Brothers attempted a distraction, which Nese and Kanellis ignored and got back into it with Burch, which led to a big brawl.

This chaos caused the ref to be distracted, which allowed The Singh Brothers to distract Burch, allowing Nese to eliminate him.

Danny Burch Eliminated

Tyler Breeze then entered the ring, and was dominated by Nese. Gallagher tagged himself, showing dissension in the ranks. He attacked an already down Breeze, pinning and eliminating Tyler.

Oney Lorcan entered the ring and was worked over by Gallagher. Gallagher held the head of Lorcan and tempted Nese with a tag. Nese was not entertained by Gallagher’s games and tagged himself in, and got eliminated himself.

Tony Nese Eliminated

Gallagher and Kanellis argued over who should replace Nese as team captain. Kanellis won, but the already eliminated Nese attacked Gallagher, Gallagher then superkicked Nese and punched an onlooking Kanellis. Lorcan rolled up Kanellis, eliminating him.

Mike Kanellis Eliminated

Brian Kendrick and Ariya Daivari worked over Lorcan. Isaiah Scott eventually got the hot tag. Scott rolled Daivari up and eliminated him. seconds later, he did the same to Kendrick. 

Ariya Daivari and Brian Kendrick Eliminated

A furious Daivari and Kendrick attacked Scott following their elimination from the match. The last remaining member of team 205 Live, Gallagher, was left with a three to one disadvantage. Isaiah Scott tagged in Oney Lorcan, who was then eliminated by Gallagher.

Oney Lorcan Eliminated

Gallagher followed this elimination by diving from the top rope to the outside, taking out Scott. Gallagher then drove Kushida into the barricade. Kushida fought back, landing a big forearm, a double enzuigiri and locking in armbar for the submission victory.
