WWE goes travelling on the road to WrestleMania, as Fiends battle Legends in Saudi Arabia.
Kick-Off Show: The O.C defeated The Viking Raiders via pinfall
The Viking Raiders start the match in control until a distraction from Luke Gallows allowed Karl Anderson to attack Erik from behind, allowing them to work him over. Erik eventually breaks free and rolls to Ivar, who runs wild with his athletic big man offence. All four men hit their signature moves until Ivar misses a moonsault and then falls to a Magic Killer for the win.
Tuwaiq Trophy Gauntlet Match: The Undertaker defeated Bobby Lashley, Andrade, Erick Rowan, Rey Mysterio & AJ Styles
R-Truth defeated Bobby Lashley via pinfall
Truth had a hot start, but Lashley sent Truth crashing off the apron and began working him over. Truth got in some Cena-esque offense, but Lashley took back control with a flatliner. However, he missed his spear and crashed into the ringpost, allowing Truth to roll him up for the upset.
An enraged Bobby Lashley then assaulted R-Truth, throwing him into the ringpost and steps before dropping him with a spear.
R-Truth defeated Andrade via pinfall
Andrade worked the injured shoulder of Truth, taking advantage of Lashley’s assault. Andrade beat down Truth, but missed a big knee and crashed to the outside. Truth got in some offense and started to build momentum, but as Andrade went for his back elbow, but the pair smacked heads and Truth fell on top and picked up the fluke win. It’s as bad as it sounds.
R-Truth defeated Erick Rowan via disqualification
Erick Rowan beat on the injured Truth, but a low-bridge allowed him to hit a big dive. However, Truth fell back into Rowan’s cage which sent him into a rage, hitting him with the steel steps causing the DQ.
Rowan then hit Truth with the claw slam post-match.
AJ Styles defeated Rey Mysterio via submission
AJ Styles repeatedly went after the shoulder of Truth, dancing as he beat him down. AJ Styles then popped on the Calf Crusher, and Truth submitted.
We then hear Rey Mysterio’s music, but he does not appear. We then see that The O.C has beat down Rey Mysterio, and AJ Styles demands the referee raises his hand and asks for the bell to the rung. Mike Rome then announces that if AJ Styles opponent does not make a ten count, he will forfeit. However, as the count goes on; we see The O.C have been taken out and a familar form engulfs the screen; The Undertaker is here!
The Undertaker defeated AJ Styles via pinfall
AJ Styles walks right into a chokeslam, and Undertaker pins him. Yep.
The New Day cut a promo about how tonight is not a game, and they will show Miz and John Morrison why they are seven-time tag team champions.
WWE SmackDown Tag Team Titles: The Miz and John Morrison defeated Champions The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Big E) via pinfall to win the titles
The Miz and Big E start things off, and Miz and Morrison cut off the ring after a spinning plancha from John Morrison allowed them to take control. Big E eventually got the tag after a long rest hold, and Kofi Kingston ran wild of John Morrison. Kofi hit the Boom Drop and was for Trouble in Paradise, but Morrison hit a flipping alabama slam and a knee strike for a near fall. The New Day hit a big powerbomb/double stomp combination for a near fall.
Miz and Morrison hit a neckbreaker/double stomp combination, but Morrison missed Starship Pain which allowed Kingston to tag in and hit Morrison with The Final Hour for a near fall. Kofi Kingston took a horrible spill off a missed trust dive. There was a host of near falls until John Morrison struck Kofi Kingston in the ribs with a chair behind the referee’s back which allowed The Miz to roll up Kofi for the win.
We then see an interview with RAW Tag Team Champions Seth Rollins and Murphy, who are confident they’ll beat The Street Profits tonight.
Angel Garza defeated Humberto Carrillo via pinfall
These two go all out in the opening stages, Carrillo taking control with a big dive and an elbow off the barricade into the chest of Garza. Garza then ties Carrillo in the ropes and dropkicks him in the quads, taking control. Garza locks in a camel clutch, which Carrillo rolls out of and hits a jawbreaker followed up by a kick to take control. Garza manages to backflip off the top rope and counters a Carrillo crossbody with a dropkick to the ribs. Carrillo counters the Wing Clipper and the pair exchange superkicks. Carrillo and Garza then mess up a sunset flip or a destroyer, was very sloppy. Carrillo misses his moonsault and we get a series of roll-ups, which Garza eventually hooks the legs and keeps him down for the count of three.
We hear from SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley, who said she’s making history tonight just like every other time in her career. She will prove she is the most dominant women’s champion that SmackDown has ever seen.
WWE RAW Tag Team Titles: Champions Seth Rollins & Murphy defeated The Street Profits via pinfall to retain the titles
Angelo Dawkins speared Murphy to open and Montez Ford laid him out again with a big dropkick. Seth Rollins was clotheslined to the outside and The Street Profits worked over Murphy until a Seth Rollins distraction allowed him to knock Ford off the apron into an announce table. Rollins worked over Montez Ford, keeping him away from his partner thanks to Murphy. Ford’s athleticism came into play as he flipped out of a Rollins back body drop, which allowed him to tag in Angelo Dawkins who ran wild on the champions.
Ford hit two big kicks on both Murphy and Rollins, and even got the frogsplash on Rollins but Murphy pulled Ford out. Rollins and Murphy went for a double pedigree, but The Street Profits countered into a double DDT. Montez tried for a dive, but he was caught and thrown into the barricade. Angelo Dawkins was then caught with a stomp on the apron, and Murphy picked up the win.
Mansoor defeated Dolph Ziggler via pinfall
Robert Roode was thrown out early when he tried to interfere. Ziggler and Mansoor traded holds early on, with Mansoor shocking Dolph with a big shoulder block. Mansoor was in firm control until a sharp elbow and a dropkick allowed Dolph to take control. Ziggler works over Mansoor until a missed move allowed Mansoor to hit a leaping neckbreaker and a spinnig slam to get back into it. Ziggler managed to hit the Zig-Zag, but Mansoor kicked out. After some struggling, Mansoor hit an inverted sliced bread and followed up with the moonsault for the win.
Post-match, Mansoor spoke to his home crowd where he thanked the fans for carrying him on and said that they are all here to say. He then spoke in his native language to close.
WWE Title: Champion Brock Lesnar defeated Ricochet via pinfall to retain his title
Ricochet ran straight for Brock Lesnar, and that was a mistake. Clubbing blows and german suplexes from the jump as the champion was in complete control. Lesnar threw Ricochet onto his shoulders, hitting an F5 for the squash victory. This helped no one.
Steel Cage Match: Roman Reigns defeated King Corbin via pinfall
Roman Reigns brought his own padlock to the ring, because reasons. Reigns locks the cage door so King Corbin attacks him from behind to gain an early advantage. Corbin throws Reigns into the cage and goes to escape early on, but Roman cuts him off. Reigns hits a clothesline off the top rope to take control. He hits some big corner clotheslines and a big boot, but a superman punch was countered into a Deep Six for a near fall. King Corbin grabs the key and opens the cage door, but Roman Reigns put a stop to it. Corbin beats down Reigns and heads towards the door but Roman puts a stop to it by slamming the door on his head.
Reigns had another superman punch countered into a chokeslam. Corbin grabbed the cage door chain, and was set to do a chain-assisted superman punch but Reigns countered with his own non-chain version for a near fall. Both men clamber to the top of the cage and exchange blows, until Corbin gets crotched on the top rope. Reigns hits two superman punches, then grabs the chain and hits a chain-assisted third for the win. This was suprisingly good, please let it be the last match.
WWE SmackDown Women’s Title: Champion Bayley defeated Naomi via pinfall to retain the title
Naomi came close to winning early on with a split leg drop, but Bayley quickly gained control by working the arm. Naomi fought her way out and got another leg drop for a near fall, but as Bayley tried to get away, Naomi snapped off a hurricanrana and then a corkscrew plancha. A sharp elbow from Bayley brought her back into it, followed by her throwing Naomi into the barricade for a near fall. Bayley locks in a chin lock to wear Naomi down, but Naomi managed to rally and hit some of her big moves and a slightly whiffed springboard crossbody for a near fall.
Naomi gets caught with a Bayley to Belly for a near fall and any momentum from the challenger was cut off with a vicious chop block. Bayley started working the knee of Naomi. Naomi rallied and kicked Bayley off the top rope. Naomi missed a split-legged moonsault, and Bayley used the unique attire they both wore to her advantage, tying Naomi’s feet in her shirt and hitting her headlock driver to pick up the win.
WWE Universal Title: Goldberg defeated Champion ‘The Fiend’ Bray Wyatt via pinfall to win the title
Goldberg immeadaitely hit a spear on The Fiend, but he kicked out and locked in the mandible claw. Goldberg hit a second, third and fourth spear but The Fiend kicked out again. The Fiend sits up and locks in the claw once again but Goldberg headbutts his way out of it. Goldberg muscles up The Fiend and hits the jackhammer for the quick win. Unbelievable.
The Fiend immeadiately gets back up, the lights go out and when they turn back on, he disappears.
Goldberg celebrates to close the show.
